Dinner, distrust, conflict resolution, collateral damage, unfinished business.
Interesting characters, an interesting situation, there's a kind of to be continued vibe about the outcome, but it's one that worked for me.
What more can you say about a 20 minute read?

That's a really interesting premise for a story, Col. I like sense of tension, and it sounds as though the characters are interesting, too. One of those setups, too, that I'll bet work a lot better in a short story than, perhaps, in a novel?
