After only one Cinema outing last month, December saw three visits and all of them were enjoyed, something which was a little bit surprising.

I rocked upto this one quite expecting to hate it or at best be incredibly bored. Surprisingly, I enjoyed it. Paul Rudd and the geeky looking one from Stranger Things star, as well as a cameo from the original Ghostbuters. A good time was had.

Based on real life events (with a bit of artistic licence no doubt). Events which happened just long enough ago in the past that they had almost faded from memory. a really interesting, really gripping watch. That Lady Gaga can act as well as she sings. Which IMO is very well indeed.

Got to say when the mood grabs me I do like a musical. I particularly like one where I know at least half the songs and I knew them with this one. I would be hard pushed to remember the original film, but I remember it enough to know it's a conflict between the Jets and the Sharks, with a bit of a Romeo and Juliet thrown in.

I do like Lady Gaga and would watch the House of Gucci for her alone. Plus, Ridley Scott- as well as his brother Tony- used to live in Hartlepool, which makes him a local lad!

I'm really glad you enjoyed Ghostbusters, Col. I loved the original, and it's nice to hear that this one was good, too. I heard House of Gucci was a good 'un as well, so I'm glad that you enjoyed it. I haven't seen it yet, myself, but I've been thinking about it.
